Our Principal
The principal of Sloan Legal is Graeme Sloan.
Graeme is based in London and has been a corporate lawyer for over 30 years. He served as global M&A co-chair at two prominent international law firms before founding Sloan Legal in 2020.
Graeme has a wealth of expertise advising on complex English law governed public and private M&A transactions, private equity deals, corporate finance transactions and joint ventures. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including technology, energy, financial services and life sciences and healthcare. He frequently advises on cross-border transactions and has excellent connections with lawyers in numerous countries.
Graeme is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and registered as a foreign lawyer with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in England and Wales.
